Only thing I would add to help future travelers, and to be fair it may have been posted and I missed it, is that the door with the key pad is the back garage door.

The house worked for what we were looking for. The view from the living room is so nice to be able to always look out. Even when we were stuck inside we were able to enjoy a view!
